After a hearty breakfast, your 12-day Uganda Safari Adventure truly begins with a road transfer to Murchison Falls National Park. En route, you will make a stop at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary, where you’ll engage in a thrilling rhino tracking experience. This is your opportunity to witness the endangered white rhinos up close in their natural habitat.

After your visit to Ziwa, continue your journey towards Murchison Falls, Uganda’s largest national park. Upon arrival, you will check in to your lodge, where you can relax and soak in the stunning views of the surrounding wilderness. In the afternoon, enjoy a short hike to the Top of Murchison Falls, where you will be rewarded with breathtaking views of the powerful Nile River cascading over the rocks.

Murchison Falls is renowned for its abundance of wildlife, and you’ll have plenty of opportunities to capture some incredible photographs.

In the afternoon, take a boat cruise on the Nile River, a unique way to observe wildlife along the water’s edge. As you cruise through the park, keep an eye out for hippos, crocodiles, and a variety of bird species, including the rare shoebill stork. The boat will take you close to the base of Murchison Falls, offering fantastic views of the powerful waterfall from a different perspective.

Accompanied by a professional guide and park rangers, you’ll hike through dense jungle in search of one of Bwindi’s habituated gorilla families.

Once you find the gorillas, you’ll spend up to an hour observing these majestic creatures as they feed, play, and interact. The experience is both humbling and awe-inspiring, as you get up close to these critically endangered primates in their natural habitat.
