Detailed Itinerary

Day 1: Pick Up in Arusha, Ngorongoro Crater Drive

On arrival, you will be picked up in Arusha by your safari guide and briefed on the days ahead before setting off for the Ngorongoro Conservation Area.

Enjoy a game drive along the way, with a picnic lunch at the Hippo Pool picnic site. After lunch, descend 600 meters into Ngorongoro Crater for a game drive amid dramatic scenery, watching for the crater’s own Big Five along with zebras, impalas, buffaloes, elephants, and wildebeest, among others. Head to your lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 2: Transfer to Serengeti National Park

After a hearty breakfast at the lodge, your guide will transfer you to Serengeti National Park, with a further game drive as you transit through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area.

On arrival, enjoy a game drive with a packed lunch out in the wild. Later in the afternoon, continue to your lodge to check in and relax before dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 3: Full Day in Serengeti National Park
