4 Days Rwanda & Uganda Gorilla Safari
September 14, 2026
5 Days Ngorongoro Crater & Serengeti Migration Safari
September 14, 20264 Days Tarangire, Ngorongoro Crater & Lake Manyara Safari
If you already have a Zanzibar beach holiday booked and want to see Tanzania’s wildlife without giving up a week of your trip, this four-day circuit through Tarangire National Park, the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, and Lake Manyara National Park is designed for exactly that situation. It runs year-round and needs no separate airport transfer beyond your existing Arusha or Kilimanjaro arrival.
Each park brings something different: Tarangire for its baobab-studded landscape and dense elephant herds, including a night game drive most short safaris skip entirely; Ngorongoro Crater for wildlife density inside a single, self-contained caldera; and Lake Manyara for tree-climbing lions and one of the few guided walking safaris available on Tanzania’s northern circuit.
This itinerary suits travelers who want a genuine safari sampler rather than a deep dive into any one park — a strong fit for honeymooners, families with a beach extension planned, or anyone treating this as a first taste of Tanzania before a longer trip in future.

Your Tanzania safari guide will pick you from your hotel in Arusha, or from the airport if you are arriving that day. After a briefing, you will transfer to Tarangire National Park, known for its large elephant herds and abundant birdlife. A game drive, broken up by a picnic lunch, gives you the chance to spot elephants, buffaloes, antelopes, zebras, leopards, lions, and much more.
In the afternoon, check in at camp and relax before dinner. Afterward, set out on a night game drive — a rare opportunity to watch the park come alive after dark. Return to camp for an overnight stay.
